Welcome and thank you for considering joining the SHRHS  Booster Club!

Members help us to echo the mantra of Pride and Unity, supporting and giving back to our students and the SHRHS community.

 

Our continued success  is only possible with parent, teacher, student and SHRHS community involvement.

 

Volunteering at an event requires as little as 2 hours of your time BUT we appreciate all the time you can share.   

 

The Booster Club:

 

• is a parent/teacher/student driven organization offering students, families and community members the opportunity to serve the school and local community in positive ways,

• supports music, arts, sports, academics, clubs and other activities in our school community through various volunteerism and fundraising efforts.

• provides great opportunities for parents/guardians and  students to stay connected, be informed of what is going on within our school and local communities, and opportunities to meet new people and build lasting friendships.

 

Booster Club Scholarship Criteria

 

Graduating Seniors and parents/guardians interested in applying for a  scholarship must:

 

• be active Booster Club members  (minimum 2 academic years, including Senior Yr.),

• complete/submit Membership forms annually, remit parent/guardian dues, (seniors by December 31st),

• maintain a GPA of 2.0 or above,

• be in good academic and local community standing, 

• fulfill all academic/graduation requirements prior to Commencement,

• have volunteered in school/SHRHS community extracurricular activities (12 total events, 2 hours/event, minimum of 3 events in student’s Senior year),

• parents/guardians to attend at least 2 General Membership meetings/academic year.

  • If unable to attend meetings Parent/guardian must volunteer at a minimum of 1 extra event per year.
